Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Ken DeLuca and I am an active member of the Arnprior community where my family and I have lived since 1989.  It has been my honour to serve on Arnprior Town Council first elected in 1997.  I continue contributing to the community in other ways as well.

Professionally, my field of work is communications, not only in the narrow, technical sense, but also in the broader social meaning. To me, 'communication', 'community', and 'commonality' serve one purpose: bringing people together.

Communication and community form a common thread in my employment history and my personal interests.  I consider myself fortunate to have worked over the years in jobs which both promote the community and strengthen lines of communication. 

My skills have been honed in a variety of forms, from acting to web site design; from radio journalism to network facilitating; from museum program design to making up bed-time stories for my kids.
